Cette recherche, \u00e0 travers l&#8217;\u00e9tude de ces premiers trait\u00e9s chr\u00e9tiens et musulmans et de leurs liens intriqu\u00e9s d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re ou d&#8217;une autre, vise \u00e0 montrer comment la fraternit\u00e9 \u00e9tait, avant d&#8217;\u00eatre une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sociale ou politique, une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 th\u00e9ologique dans l&#8217;Antiquit\u00e9 tardive. \u00c0 travers la pr\u00e9sentation de quelques textes arabes chr\u00e9tiens et musulmans, une sorte de fraternit\u00e9 th\u00e9ologique, ou du moins de rationalit\u00e9, se d\u00e9gage dans un cadre dialogique.
