L\u2019appropriation symbolique du lieu de travail et les mani\u00e8res de personnaliser son espace en y affichant par exemple ses convictions religieuses peuvent \u00eatre per\u00e7ues parfois comme une incompr\u00e9hension, voire une menace et une violation de l\u2019espace de l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte d\u2019ouverture et de crispation autour des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes culturels et religieux,<\/p>\n<h2>ce colloque vise \u00e0 faire rencontrer des acteurs d\u2019entreprises et des chercheurs universitaires<\/h2>\n<p>appartenant \u00e0 des espaces sociaux et culturels diff\u00e9rents.<br \/>\nEn s\u2019adressant \u00e0 des acteurs d\u2019entreprise et des universitaires impliqu\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9flexion manag\u00e9riale et dans les transformations profondes des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s contemporaines, il tentera de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 certaines des questions fondamentales sur la mani\u00e8re d\u2019aborder l\u2019alt\u00e9rit\u00e9 et les modalit\u00e9s de gouvernance des diversit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment s\u2019expriment les identit\u00e9s culturelle et religieuse dans les organisations de travail ?<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019entreprise est-elle un territoire que la religion est en train de gagner ?
