Cédomir Nestorovic

Cédomir Nestorovic is a professor at ESSEC Business School, on the Asia-Pacific campus in Singapore, in the “Law, Political Science and Society” department. Holding a doctorate from Sciences Po Paris, he teaches geopolitics and international marketing, with recognised expertise in Islamic business, marketing and management.

He is director of the ESSEC & Mannheim Executive MBA Asia-Pacific and co-academic director of the Arabian Gulf University MBA in Manama (Bahrain). He is a regular speaker at major gatherings devoted to Islamic economics and finance (World Halal Forum, Islamic finance forums) and at international conferences on marketing and branding in an Islamic context.

He is the author of the reference work Islamic Marketing: Understanding the Socio-Economic, Cultural, and Politico-Legal Environment (Springer, 2016), which builds on his pioneering book Marketing in an Islamic Environment (2007). His work focuses on Islamic markets, Islamic finance and the geopolitics of the Muslim world.
