Roberta Collu Moran

Born in Cagliari (Italy) in 1972, Roberta Collu Moran is an anthropologist and documentary filmmaker. A lecturer at the Institut Catholique de Paris (Institute of Science and Theology of Religions), she holds a doctorate in ethnoscenology from the University of Paris 8 (2005) and a degree in the theology of interreligious dialogue from the Institut Catholique de Paris (2009). She took part in creating and co-directing the university diploma “Judaism, Christianity, Islam: interaction of doctrines and practices” and has taught religious studies, the interreligious question and the anthropology of religions in several Parisian institutions. Her research focuses on the anthropology of contemporary religious societies, religious plurality in France and Europe, dialogue and relations between religious groups, and on devotional practices and pilgrimages. She has directed several documentaries on religion for KTO and LCP.
