Anwar Alam is a professor of political science and international relations. He is currently a Distinguished Fellow at the Policy Perspectives Foundation in New Delhi. He has been a professor at the University of Zirve, Turkey, Jawaharlal Nehru University and Jamia Millia Islamia, India. Among others, he holds the Alexandor von Humboldt Post-Doctoral Fellowship, Germany.
