The corporate world and the challenge of religion. Crossed views from the Mediterranean area

We are currently witnessing a significant growth in religious demands, which are increasingly interfering with professional life and have impacted the world of work. From the creation of a specific place for prayer to absenteeism on religious days that are not public holidays, what company director has not been confronted with this type of request?

Without falling into clichés or stigmatisation, the issue of religion in the workplace is no longer a taboo question. Faced with complex situations that go beyond isolated cases, common sense and recourse to the law are no longer enough!

Faced with the effervescence of religion and its complexity, this book is aimed at managers in a globalised and, at the same time, increasingly tense context. Whether you are in general management, human resources, sales or production, the issue of diversity concerns us all.
