Das Ereignis des Koran. Der Islam in seiner Schrift
Published as Das Ereignis des Koran. Der Islam in seiner Schrift (Friedrich Pustet, Regensburg, 2026), this book is the German translation, by Christian W. Troll, SJ, Robin Flack, and David Marshall, of Kenneth Cragg’s The Event of the Qur’an: Islam in its Scripture. Cragg reads the Qur’an as the scripture at the heart of Islam, attentive to the way the text presents itself as an event of the divine word. The translation makes an important work of Christian-Muslim encounter available to German-speaking readers.
Der Islam in seiner Schrift (Friedrich Pustet, Ratisbonne, 2026), cet ouvrage est la traduction allemande, réalisée par Christian W. Troll, s.j., Robin Flack et David Marshall, du livre de Kenneth Cragg The Event of the Qur’an: Islam in its Scripture.
Das Ereignis des Koran. Der Islam in seiner Schrift
The Event of the Qur’an: Islam in its Scripture
