Cordula Heupts
Cordula Heupts studied Violin, Music and Catholic Theology in Detmold and Paderborn, Germany (2007-2013). She did her doctorate with Klaus von Stosch at the Theological Faculty in Paderborn (2014-2019). Her dissertation is about the beauty and glory of God in Christianity and Islam, working on Hans Urs von Balthasar, Navid Kermani and Milad Karimi; it was funded by the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes.
After working as a research assistant with Klaus von Stosch in the DFG project “Theology of Prophecy in Dialogue. Christian Prophetology in Dialogue with Judaism and Islam” at Paderborn and Bonn University (2020-2024), she is now working on a joint project between the universities of Bonn and Paderborn, which aims to transfer comparative theology to society.
