Pierre Afouda Adimi
Born in Benin, Pierre Afouda Adimi is a permanent professor at the Higher School of Business and Management of Tangier (ESCGT) and also teaches in the Master’s programme in international cooperation of the Faculty of Law of Tangier (Abdelmalek Essaâdi University). Settled in Morocco since 2005, he obtained a master’s in international cooperation and development there in 2010, followed by a doctorate in international relations in 2014.
His work addresses regional integration, international cooperation, governance, geopolitics and terrorism. He has notably published on Morocco’s new diplomatic drive in sub-Saharan Africa (journal Paix et Sécurité Internationales, 2015) and contributed to work of the Academy of the Kingdom of Morocco devoted to Africa and Latin America.
He is a member of the “Religions and Societies” research group of the 2025-2027 Master’s programme of the Al Mowafaqa Ecumenical Institute of Theology (IOTAM, Rabat).
