Salma Rouyett
Salma Rouyett is a teacher-researcher at the Faculty of Education Sciences in Rabat (Mohammed V University, Morocco).
Holder of a doctorate in literature, education and humanistic culture, she has devoted her work to eroticism and aesthetic education in Moroccan francophone literature. She has taken part in numerous conferences and cultural events in Morocco, France, Belgium, the United States and several African countries. Her recent article « Habiter l’exil dans l’écriture de Khatibi : vers une poétique de la pluralité » was published in the journal Loxias.
Her research articulates literature, Sufism and mystical thought, at the intersection of ethics and aesthetics.
At the Pluriel Congress in Cordoba in February 2026, she delivered a paper entitled : « Spiritual eroticism and erotic spirituality in Sufi mystical thought ».
