Ecumenical Initiatives in Muslim-Christian Dialogue

From Monday 1 to Wednesday 3 February 2027, as part of its master’s programme, the Al Mowafaqa Ecumenical Institute of Theology (Rabat) offers a seminar on ecumenical initiatives in Muslim-Christian dialogue, that is, the steps the Christian churches take jointly to reach out to Muslims.

It is led by Augustin Sawadogo, doctor of theology and lecturer at PISAI (Pontifical Institute for Arabic and Islamic Studies, Rome), which celebrates its centenary in 2026.

Du lundi 1er au mercredi 3 février 2027, l’Institut œcuménique de théologie Al Mowafaqa (Rabat) propose, dans le cadre de son programme de master, un séminaire consacré aux initiatives œcuméniques de dialogue islamo-chrétien, c’est-à-dire aux démarches que les Églises chrétiennes mènent ensemble à la rencontre des musulmans.

Il est animé par Augustin Sawadogo, docteur en théologie, enseignant au PISAI (Institut pontifical d’études arabes et d’islamologie, Rome), qui célèbre son centenaire en 2026.

ينظّم معهد الموافقة المسكوني للاهوت في الرباط، في إطار برنامج الماستر الذي يقدّمه، حلقة دراسية من الاثنين 1 إلى الأربعاء 3 فبراير/شباط 2027 حول المبادرات المسكونية للحوار الإسلامي المسيحي، أي المساعي التي تبذلها الكنائس المسيحية مجتمعةً للقاء المسلمين.

ويؤطّرها أوغستان ساوادوغو، الحاصل على الدكتوراه في اللاهوت والأستاذ في المعهد البابوي للدراسات العربية والإسلامية (PISAI) في روما، وهو معهد يحتفل هذا العام بمئويته.
