Muhadhdhab al-ṭālibīn ilā qubūr al-ṣāliḥīn
Muhadhdhab al-ṭālibīn ilā qubūr al-ṣāliḥīn (“The Educator for Seekers of Tombs of the Pious”) by Ibn al-Gabbās (d. after 736/1336) is the only work on visiting Cairo’s tombs organised by generations (ṭabaqāt). This critical edition is based on a rare manuscript copied in Egypt and restored by the historian and visitor Šihāb al-Dīn b. al-ʿAǧamī (d. 1086/1675), who owned it. Established and introduced by Ahmed Gomaa, it was published by the French Institute for Oriental Archaeology (IFAO), in the series Ziyārāt Miṣr wa-l-Qāhira.
Muhadhdhab al-ṭālibīn ilā qubūr al-ṣāliḥīn, d’Ibn al-Jabbās (Muḥammad b. ʿAlī al-Qurashī, mort après 736/1336), est le seul ouvrage de visite des tombeaux du Caire organisé par générations (ṭabaqāt). Cette édition critique repose sur un manuscrit rare, copié en Égypte et restauré par l’historien et visiteur Šihāb al-Dīn b. al-ʿAǧamī (mort en 1086/1675), qui en fut le propriétaire. Établie et présentée par Ahmed Gomaa, elle a paru à l’Institut français d’archéologie orientale (IFAO), dans la collection Ziyārāt Miṣr wa-l-Qāhira.
«مهذّب الطالبين إلى قبور الصالحين» لابن الجبّاس (محمد بن علي القرشي، المتوفى بعد 736هـ/1336م) هو الكتاب الوحيد في زيارة قبور القاهرة المرتّب على الطبقات. تعتمد هذه النشرة النقدية على نسخة نادرة نُسخت في مصر ورمّمها المؤرّخ والزائر شهاب الدين بن العجمي (المتوفى 1086هـ/1675م) الذي كان يملكها. تحقيق ودراسة أحمد جمعة، صدر عن المعهد الفرنسي للآثار الشرقية (IFAO) ضمن سلسلة «زيارات مصر والقاهرة».
