Understanding freedom of religion around the Mediterranean

How to manage religious plurality? Three researchers from our network look back at the history of the northern, eastern and southern shores of the Mediterranean to understand the diversity of legal regimes in terms of religious freedom.

كيف يتم التّعامل التعدّد الديني؟ يتناول ثلاثة باحثين تابعين لشبكتنا تاريخ كلّ من الضّفّة الشماليّة والشرقيّة والجنوبيّة للبحر: المتوسّط، وذلك من أجل فهم تنوّع الأنظمة القضائيّة من حيث الحريّة الدينيّة.
بالاشتراك مع دومينيك أفون، مدير الدّراسات في المدرسة التّطبيقيّة للدراسات العليا في باريس، والحائز على كرسي الإسلام السّنّي، وأليساندرو فيراري، أستاذ في القانون المُقارَن في جامعة إنسوبريا في إيطاليا، وأمين إلياس، أستاذ مساعد في التّاريخ في الجامعة الأنطونيّة في لبنان.
