al-Kawākib al-sayyāra fī tartīb al-ziyāra
al-Kawākib al-sayyāra fī tartīb al-ziyāra (“Orbiting Planets for Organizing Visits”) by Ibn al-Zayyāt (d. 814/1411) is one of the most comprehensive and systematic works on visiting tombs. Written more than seven centuries after the foundation of Cairo’s first cemetery (qarāfa), it describes its monuments, saints, scholars and rulers. This critical edition was established and introduced by Ahmed Gomaa and published by the French Institute for Oriental Archaeology (IFAO), in the series Ziyārāt Miṣr wa-l-Qāhira.
al-Kawākib al-sayyāra fī tartīb al-ziyāra («Les planètes en orbite pour l’organisation des visites») d’Ibn al-Zayyāt (mort en 814/1411) est l’un des ouvrages de visite des tombeaux les plus complets et les plus systématiques. Son auteur a écrit son œuvre plus de sept siècles après la fondation de la première nécropole (qarāfa) du Caire, décrivant ses monuments, ses saints, ses savants et ses gouvernants. Cette édition critique, établie et présentée par Ahmed Gomaa, a paru à l’Institut français d’archéologie orientale (IFAO), dans la collection Ziyārāt Miṣr wa-l-Qāhira.
«الكواكب السيّارة في ترتيب الزيارة» لابن الزيّات (المتوفى 814هـ/1411م) من أكمل مصنّفات زيارة القبور وأكثرها انتظامًا. ألّفه صاحبه بعد أكثر من سبعة قرون على نشأة أوّل قرافة بالقاهرة، واصفًا معالمها وأولياءها وعلماءها وحكّامها. تحقيق ودراسة أحمد جمعة، صدر عن المعهد الفرنسي للآثار الشرقية (IFAO) ضمن سلسلة «زيارات مصر والقاهرة».
