Contemporary Greek Scholarship and Islam
Drawn from her doctoral thesis defended at the University of Strasbourg in 2002, this book by Angeliki Ziaka (Presses universitaires du Septentrion, 2004) analyses how contemporary Greek scholarship has approached Islam.
It sheds light on the Byzantine and post-Byzantine legacy of the Greek view of the Muslim world, between polemics and scholarly knowledge.
