The Legal Framework of Places of Worship in Catalonia: Ten Years of Expectations
Originally published as El marco jurídico de los centros de culto en Cataluña: 10 años de expectativas in the journal Derecho y religión (no. 14, 2019), this article by José Luis Llaquet de Entrambasaguas, tenured professor of State Ecclesiastical Law at Universidad Loyola Andalucía, this article assesses, ten years after its adoption, the Catalan law on places of worship, analysing its effects on the opening and planning of prayer spaces, particularly Muslim ones.
